COOKING DIRECTION
No need to defrost
Steam : Remove wrapper. Steam Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao (10 pieces) for about 8 minutes with the original steamable tray and serve. Please vary heating time depending upon your heating equipment.
Pan Frying : Remove wrapper. Add about 15 ml of cooking oil into pan in advance. Place Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao (10 pieces) into pan and pan fry about 4 minutes or until the bottom turns golden brown colour. Add 100 ml of hot water into pan with lid and cook about 4 minutes or until water is almost evaporated, and serve.
