COOKING DIRECTION
Suggested Serving (12 pieces):
No need to defrost.
Microwave : Cut wrapper open and remove seasoning powder packs from the package, set aside. Place Shanghai Wonton into a microwavable bowl with about 350 ml of boiling water and place it in the centre of microwave oven. Heat at high power, stir well after adding seasoning powder and serve. Please refer to the table to vary heating time depending upon your microwave oven.
Deep Frying : Cut wrapper open. Place Shanghai Wonton into hot oil (about 170℃) and deep fry for about 2 minutes 30 seconds or until golden brown colour, and serve.
Boil : Cut wrapper open. Add seasoning powder into bowl in advance. Place Shanghai Wonton into about 300 ml of boiling water and cook for about 4 minutes. Pour hot water into bowl to melt seasoning powder, then add wonton. Stir well and serve.
