COOKING DIRECTION

No need to defrost.

Pan Fry : Remove wrapper. Take out ghost spicy chilli oil pack, set aside. Add about 100 ml of water into pan and cook until boiled in advance. Place Sichuan Spicy Pork Dumpling into pan with lid and cook about 4 minutes or until water is almost evaporated. Pan fry Dumpling with 10 ml of cooking oil until the bottom turns golden brown colour and serve. Suggest to serve with ghost spicy chilli oil.

Steam : Remove wrapper. Take out ghost spicy chilli oil pack, set aside. Steam Sichuan Spicy Pork Dumpling for about 5 minutes 30 seconds with the original steamable tray and serve. Please vary heating time depending upon your heating equipment. Suggest to serve with ghost spicy chilli oil.

Air Fry : Remove wrapper. Take out ghost spicy chilli oil pack, set aside. Place Sichuan Spicy Pork Dumpling into the air fryer basket. Cook for 7 minutes at 180 °C until the bottom turns golden brown colour and serve. Please vary heating time depending upon your heating equipment. Suggest to serve with ghost spicy chilli oil.
