COOKING DIRECTION
No need to defrost.
Microwave : Cut out a corner of wrapper and remove soya sauce pack and chilli oil pack, set aside. Place Fish Shao Mai pack (10 pieces) in the centre of microwave oven. Heat at high power and serve. Suggest to serve with soya sauce and chilli oil. Please refer to the table to vary heating time depending upon your microwave oven.
Steam : Remove wrapper. Remove soya sauce pack and chilli oil pack, set aside. Steam Fish Shao Mai pack (10 pieces) for about 10 minutes with the original steamable tray and serve. Suggest to serve with soya sauce and chilli oil. Please vary heating time depending upon your heating equipment.
