COOKING DIRECTION

Suggested Serving (6 pieces):

 

No need to defrost.

Pan Fry : Remove wrapper. Add about 140 ml of water into pan and cook until boiled in advance. Place Coriander & Pork Dumpling into pan with lid and cook about 4 minutes or until water is almost evaporated. Pan fry Dumpling with 10 ml of cooking oil until the bottom turns golden brown colour and serve.

Steam : Remove wrapper. Steam Coriander & Pork Dumpling for about 11 minutes with the original steamable tray and serve. Please vary heating time depending upon your heating equipment.

Air Fry : Remove wrapper. Spread a thin layer of oil onto air fryer basket in advance. Place Coriander & Pork Dumpling into the basket, then spread a thin layer of oil onto Dumpling. Cook for 12 minutes at 200 °C until the bottom turns golden brown colour and serve. Please vary heating time depending upon your heating equipment.
